Now we already improve our payment options by giving two choices :

1. Billplz Payment Platform which consist most of Malaysian banks for example CIMB Clicks, Maybank2u, AffinBank, Bank Muamalat and many more.

2. Paypal Transfer for international payments.


B. Does AKUDESIGN™ ship worldwide?  

Yeah! We can send worldwide except Israel and North Korea. So there is no reason you are not buying AKUDESIGN™ products.

We do postage everyday except Public Holiday & Weekend.

F. May I know the size chart of AKUDESIGN™ products? 

For the size chart please refer on every products description, we do provide size chart in cm for your reference. We make every effort to give you accurate sizing information and dimensions for our products in our size guides. Please note that due to the nature of the fabrics & manufacturing process, product sizing may vary slightly.  


G. Apart from AKUDESIGN™ Concept Store,  are there any authorized dealers or marketplaces that sell AKUDESIGN™ products? 

For the time being we have few of authorized dealers & marketplaces in Malaysia. Do check it at Store tab for more info.


H. Can I return an item after it is delivered to me? 

If you received faulty item, you can return the item within 7 days of receipt stated. Items can only delivered to us when there is a mistakes on the products such as torn, wrongly given size and different design. Items that already purchased can't be exchange with money but can exchange with other same price products. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
